Originally H.G. Hawker Engineering, Hawker Siddeley Aircraft is a merger of the later named Hawker Aircraft Limited and Armstrong Siddeley. Later, the brand was purchased by Raytheon and combined with the Beechcraft brand to produce the Hawker Beechcraft line.
