Remarks

This aircraft has been professionally flown and maintained by the same owner since 1984. It has also been on a part 135 certificate since 1984 when it was purchased with only 640 hrs TT. Aircraft has been hangared year round. Paint is excellent and the Interior is excellent as well. Aircraft has been flown 100-200 hrs per year since 1984. I believe this aircraft has received more maintenance and attention that any Cessna 400 series aircraft I have seen. The Engines and Props were both Overhauled in 2014 to the tune of about $150,000. The Avionics in this aircraft are top notch and would be above $150K to have installed for a stock 6 pack 414
