Condition
A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized and legible. In 2013, the aircraft sustained minor damage as a result of a ground incident. A pilot was hand propping a Cessna 150 on the ramp and lost control allowing it to collide with the A36. There was damage to the left wing, left elevator and vertical stabilizer. All repairs were professionally done and fully documented. The aircraft has no other known damage history.

Message From the Owner
My brother and I, along with a friend, purchased this great airplane from a doctor in Columbus Ohio about four years ago. We used it for business and personal use and have absolutely loved owning it. Recently, the three of us have developed different agendas for flying. Therefore we decided to sell it. We hope the new owner enjoys the plane as much as we have. ~Tom

The engine was just overhauled by Signature Engines and has a remaining warranty. It is IFR equipped with a great set of late model Garmin Avionics. It has numerous extras like long range fuel, LED lights and more.
