Remarks

A visual inspection of the aircraft shows no obvious signs of any damage or repairs. In the early 2000’s, the plane was in Colorado for a Bonanza Society event and was damaged by a hail storm. The flight controls were replaced and painted, but the wings and fuselage have light to moderate visible dings. Prior to current ownership, the pilot door was overextended due to being caught in the wind. It was repaired and a door steward was installed to prevent future occurrences. The logbooks are original, complete, well organized, legible and make no reference to any other airframe damage history.
