Exterior Condition: The exterior is done is a fairly recent paint job done in white base with blue and grey stripes, in great condition. Shows VERY nicely and looks great. 

Interior Condition: Light grey leather interior with blue lining that shows great.

Ownership History: This aircraft was owned by a doctor in Ohio for the last few years. He used it to obtain his instrument rating and build some time. He recently moved up to a larger airplane and did not need this 182 anymore.
