The  JK05L Junior is a high-wing monoplane with struts. All major classes of aircraft are constructed of glass and carbon fiber composites in the form of a shell structure.
The body consists of a self-supporting shell structure PARABEAM material. In the front part of the trunk cabin is with two side-ended arrange seats. The cabin is very comfortable 120 cm wide. The hull consists of two symmetrical parts with fastenings and an integrated floor. The seats are made of composite materials built into the shell structure and based on demand with leather. The cab windshield is made of UV-resistant polycarbonate, is symmetrically divided and opens upward.
The two wings connecting a pipe truss. The fin is integrated in the fuselage. The chassis is a three wheeled chassis with nose wheel. Cantilever legs made of composite materials. Engines / Mods

Power plant:

Engine: Rotax 912 UL The engine is mounted to the fuselage using frame of steel pipe construction and rubber shock absorbers. Three blades propeller Aero-Sail of 1,73 m diameter with adjustable on the ground spiral lead. Engine covers fixed by rapid mounted system cam-lock type. Automatic control of the engine temperature (thermostat). Anti icing system (carburettors heating system)

Interior / Exterior

Cabinet equipment:

External surface is painted white with acrylic enamel. Internal cabinet surface is painted grey.



Shell plating of composite with reinforcement with glass and carbon. On the top of cockpit there is a steel frame for mounting the wings. Fin is an integral part of the fuselage. In front of fuselage is placed the pilots cabinet contained two pilot seats twin set. Behind the cabinet three is the space used for mounting Rescue system. Glazing: Main windows with the Plexiglas of thickness 2mm reinforced by composite frame divided in plane symmetric axe top ward opened from the side to the top direction. Two side and one top window permanent cemented to the fuselage. Wings: Shell plating of composite reinforced with glass and carbon and with the reinforced carbon composite beam. Wings are fixed to the fuselage by two pins each side and supported by single struts. On the whole span the wigs are equipped with composite shell plating structure float-ailerons, reinforcement of the carbon rowing. The float-ailerons are fixed by five consoles each. Every float-aileron is equipped with anti flutter mass balance Tail plane: Elevator and ruder are the same construction i.e. composite frames. Undercarriage: Three-wheeled, with a nose wheel. Nose undercarriage is manufactured with steel and is equipped with rubber rings as a shock absorber. Main chassis on the separated cantilever suspension springs of reinforced composite structure. Wheel axis are made of steel. Main chassis brakes are hydraulic disc brakes. Each wheel tires have dimensions 350x100 mm. Nose and main chassis is equipped with covering spinners.
