Airframe

As equipped from Factory to include Vision MicroSystems VM-1000TM Engine Panel. Full sweep graphics, Auto track mode, Diamond graph tack & percent power. EGT, CHT, Volts, Amps, MP, Fuel pressure, Oil Temp and pressure all digital, 125 HP Continental IOF-240-B5B engine 2,000 TBO with Single power lever FADEC monitored controls for exceptional fuel economy, Cleveland brakes, SS Cam-Locks, Dual controls w/push rods throughout (no cables or pulleys), independent adjustable rudder pedals. Wing Quick-Release 12V DC motor option installed. + TANIS engine pre-heater STC installed.  The aircraft has a composite fuselage and aluminum wings.  The Liberty Xl2 is type certified under FAR Part 23 for VFR and IFR flight.

Engines / Mods

SMOH 995 Hours, STOH 15 Hours. The engine is a 125 Horsepower fuel injected FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control) equipped Continental IOF-240–B driving an MT composite propeller TSN 15 hours.

Interior / Exterior

INTERIOR:  Original Factory Interior. Grey leather interior bucket seating - clean and in good repair.
EXTERIOR:  Original Factory Paint. White with Razor Blue Decals.

Purchase comes with fresh annual.

Annual Inspections performed at Discovery Aerospace (Liberty XL-2 Factory) in Melbourne, FL or at Yelvington Jet Aviation by an A&P/IA with extensive Liberty XL2 experience.

Have complete set of Shop and Parts Manuals on CD/Thumb Drive.

Damage History: 
Historical prop strike, space frame chassis replaced, different engine installed from Liberty Aerospace Factory with 14 hours TT and it too had a prop strike repair by Continental. First 14 hr. eng log missing but has extensive documentation from Continental & Liberty to verify.  
October 2014 2nd prop strike. Nose landing gear and MT prop replaced with new. Engine inspected and topped by TCM in Long Island and reinstalled by Liberty/Discovery Aerospace.

Log Books: English. All present and accounted for with the exception of the first 14 hrs.

Sale price includes second Liberty XL2 aircraft (airframe only) for parts, with logbook, TTAF 60 Hrs.
