General Condition:
This aircraft is in VERY GOOD condition – Always Hangared / impeccably maintained

Owner Notes:
This aircraft is a 2002 year model with 738 TT airframe and 88 TTSMOH with the crankshaft AD completion, major engine overhaul, prop overhaul, prop governor overhaul, fuel system overhaul, electric fuel pump overhaul, alternator overhaul, new magnetos, new spark plugs w/heavy duty wire harness, new engine mounts. I have all the paperwork and logs for all of this work. Basically everything is either new or overhauled from the fire wall forward.
The aircraft also has vortex generators, glider tow hook, super skylight and all doors and rear window full glass. The damage to the struts was caused by some overzealous policemen at Boeing Field pushing the aircraft off the runway as apparently the aircraft had partially departed the pavement on landing and one main gear was stuck in the grass/mud. The struts were replaced new along with some top wing sheet metal. This damage history is in the logbook.
The aircraft flies straight and true hands off the controls with nominal right rudder trim. The reason I am selling the aircraft is because I am not flying it enough. Now with all the expensive and heavy work done this airplane is ready to fly for someone who wants a nice turn-key Maule.
