Real nice poly paint in off white with burgundy and red metallic paint with new Airtex burgundy cloth carpet and side panels, off white vinyl seating, very good plastic, no hail, well organized and complete log books.

DAMAGE HISTORY:    (none to speak of)
Repair to aileron, Mooney corrosion inspection completed and current. Not flown much recently in storage at Las Vegas under cover. The maintenance performed 2007 to 2013 was way over the top by a major shop and then not flown. Mechanical inspection and ferry flight to Dayton, Ohio was completed and then annualed with squawks addressed including engine overhaul, changing engine hoses & mounts, gear pucks, door seals, tires, most interior plastic, rigging checked and adjusted, inspected & lubricated.
