Remarks

1960 Piper PA24-250 Comanche

This Piper 250 Comanche has been owned by the same meticulous owners since 1991. It has a single piece windshield and three-point shoulder harnesses. N891MD has a tried and true higher time engine that is in excellent mechanical operating order and there are no signs of it needing a major overhaul in the near future. The compressions are excellent, there is very little oil consumption, and it runs as smooth as the day it was built.

One must recognize that the 250 horsepower Comanche is one of the best all-around four place aircraft ever made. Working in conjunction with the abundant horsepower, the LAMINAIR FLOW WING is the reason these “high powered,” 250HP+ Comanche aircraft are desired. In particularly, they really excel while operating in the mountains because of their climbing ability with heavy loads.

This aircraft is based in a private hangar at the Camarillo Airport (KCMA). It is located only 45 minutes north of Los Angeles International Airport (KLAX), or Burbank (KBUR). It is ready for purchase with the recent annual inspection completed in September, 2017.

The stabilator HORN AD was just complied and no longer applicable to this aircraft.
The landing gear AD has 391.05 hours until the next inspection (4,815.05 TT). The 1000 hour AD is due in 895.68 hours (5,319.68 TT)
