Two props, both "certified" for this airplane:
-Catto fixed pitch 3 blade – 68X66 climb prop (installed)
-Catto fixed pitch 3 blade  - 66X72 (original)
The climb prop is good for 150kts TAS from about 5000' to 17,500'. The cruise prop is good for low 160s TAS depending on altitude

Interior / Exterior

Exterior aluminium surfaces:
Unpainted and cleaned/protected regularly with Boeshield T9 or LPS 3
Tip-Up canopy:
Painted per attached pictures to deal take the sting out of hot days. Flat black base layer visible on the inside and glossy white on the outside

Remarks

This was our 4th airplane, first homebuilt, and by far the most reliable and economical we have owned. We have put about 400 hours on it since buying it in 2007
The POH has been kept up-to-date. Fuel burn numbers are from the engine manual and I consistently do better than listed with LOP operation at 65% power or less.
"Always" hangared, which means always except for a few months on hangar waiting lists over the past 11 years I have owned the airplane.
Everything in my hangar goes with the airplane if you want it. That includes all the tools to do routine maintenance, wing jacks, etc
