Dallas Airmotive itself has been holding these items and is selling these items to recover storage fees for storing these items and the sale is to recover storage fees owed by the owners of these items which are considered abandoned.
The above described property will be available for inspection prior to the time of sale during reasonable business hours by making an appointment for such inspection with John Hocking of Dallas Airmotive at 900 Nolen Drive, Suite 100, Grapevine, Texas 76051 USA; who can be reached at telephone number (214) 956-3000. The sale will be held at the ofﬁ ces of Dallas Airmotive, Inc. at 900 Nolen Drive, Suite 100, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
The engines will be bid separately from any other item(s) which may be sold at the sale; bids may be made and the highest bid will be accepted, subject to the right of Dallas Airmotive to withdraw any of the above item(s) from the sale should Dallas Airmotive deem it appropriate. Bids may be made by letter, telephone, telegram, telex, or any other form of communication if, before or during the sale, Dallas Airmotive approves the manner of the bid of the particular bidder. The sale of the above identiﬁ ed property may be held open to allow the receipt of any bid or deposit or to allow communications with bidders; but Dallas Airmotive shall be under no obligation to hold the sale of the property open or to communicate with bidders who are not present.
Dallas Airmotive shall conduct and may bid at the public sale and except for bids from Dallas Airmotive, no bids will be accepted except in all cash or money orders or cash equivalent acceptable and approved by Dallas Airmotive. The entire amount of the winning bid must be paid at the time of the sale. Failure to pay this balance within such time constitutes a release by the bidder of all claims to the property included in his bid and to the cash deposit.
Upon payment of the balance of the accepted bid price, the successful bidder shall, at his expense, within three (3) Calendar days from the date of the auction, remove the property included in his bid at his cost from Dallas Airmotive’s premises.
The above described property shall be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THERE SPECIFICALLY SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES AS TO TITLE, ENMCUMBRANCES, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.”
