    Jet DeHavilland DH Series

    The de Havilland DH-100 Vampire is a British jet engine fighter commissioned for use during WWII by the Royal Air Force. Though it wasn't produced in time to see combat in the war, the RAF used the Vampire until 1955 and then as a trainer craft until 1966. It was the second fight, after the Gloster Meteor, to enter service with the RAF.
