BE-58P  S/N TJ-87 Low Time Airframe, Fresh annual Feb. 2023, G-345 ADSB In/Out transponder installed 2021, GTN650, SL30, GMA340 Audio Panel, Rosen Sun-visors, Shading Fuel Flow, Insight G4 Graphic Engine Monitor, Sentry IV Autopilot, Vortex Generators, Dual Control Yoke, Jet Shades window UV inserts, NKDH, Exterior-10 Interior-8.

Both Engines are 640 STOH with all new Superior Millennium Cylinders, Piston assemblies, new gaskets and seals.  (This Top Overhaul was to comply with the 12 year Millennium cylinder AD # 2014-05-29. )  The AD no longer applies with the Top Overhaul.

Remarks

Overall this a very nice P-Baron.  Exterior paint job from 2019 is beautiful.  Just completed an extensive annual in February.  All AD's have been complied with.  Always hangared.  No known damage history.  Note: First aircraft logbook is missing.  Previous owner used receipts from the maintenance provider to reconstruct the logbook as much as possible.  Logbooks 2 and 3 are continuous since Feb. 1990.
