Fire Sale! We are a 3 person partnership and have owned this plane for about 2 years. One partner moved away and we need to get this moved quickly. The aircraft is fresh out of annual and ready to fly.
With only 4200 hours TT, this pressurized Baron has many, many years of service left. The engines and props are at only 165 hours since a factory reman done my Milennium.
This is a good bones airplane. The interior and paint are maybe 5/10. But the low airframe and engine times are a big deal. The airplane has no corrosion, no damage history and we have the complete logbooks. The pressurization is tight and the AC blows cold. This plane is a joy to fly, and you can enjoy some very fast speeds, especially in the flight levels.
What it needs: During this annual we replaced the horizontal stab boot. One wing boot is pretty new, but if you want to fly in the ice, it needs the other wing boot and vertical stab replaced. The hot windshield plate needs replacing too. All of the other de-ice equipment is functional. This plane is priced for a fast sale and we are already taking into account the items that need replacing. Our wiggle room is therefore very low. Call for a showing. We are private owners.
