Interior / Exterior
Cosmetically, the interior was done in 2011 and is in excellent condition. The paint looks great from 10' away but has many spots that have been touched up over the years.
I planned to paint it and probably will if it doesn't sell. However I would be happy to let the buyer use the Schemedesigners plane - contact me for details
I have 3 planes and need to sell one, I already have a 2nd Twin Bonanza and a Duke. This one is actively flying and hours will go up by 10+ a month,.
Receipts for over $85,000 spent to annual and upgrade the plane going through all systems with a fine tooth comb.
This plane is addictive, and the support group is unmatched. Anywhere from 21 to 24 total GPH with a TAS between 155 and 160 knots depending on weight and temps. I usually fly around 11,000 to 15,000 feet 23 GPH and 158 knots. I can push it another Gallon to get to 160, or you can push to 28 GPH and see 170+. I've had it up to 17,000 at mid to heavy weights with a TAS of 158 knots at 20 GPH.
This plane is extremely simple to fly. It is seriously overbuilt and feels quite large but flies just like a Bonanza.
