Below are the Specs followed by a write up about the airplane.

Complete Logs

Airplane is currently VFR, but I'm including a CDI so you can have it IFR certified easily. There are spots already in the panel available for additional instruments.

Annual: December 2022 (Log Entry in Pics). No major issues - overhauled fuel pumps, six new spark plugs, and not much else other than standard oil change, etc.

Backstory:

It's a great 310 with a lot of extras. I purchased the airplane for a flight school I owned back in 2020.
I closed the flight school before using the 310 & my wife and I have little time to enjoy it.

I am including a CDI in the box so the airplane can be IFR certified, 2 new spare nose wheel tires; 2 almost new & barely used LightSpeed headsets, a very nice GPU/Battery charger that has only been used once (about $800 on Aircraft Spurce); two spare tires for the nose wheel.
Also included are some aircraft care items such as cleaners, roughly 30+ quarts of oil, fuel additive (TCP); several bottles of camguard. Probably missing some stuff, but I have quite a bit of things left from the flight school mentioned above.

In May 2020 this airplane popped up on trade a plane for $55,000 with zero avionics installed.
The seller was an a&p/IA with a shop in Maine, but he was not a pilot, therefore it sat for a while.
He essentially decided to "mothball" the airplane, aka he stored it in a hanger and took necessary protective/preventative measures require plus ran the airplane regularly.

Exterior is in good condition as it has been hangared most of it's life. I haven't had a chance to wash it lately, but there are no surprises.

Interior Is almost new, black leather and carpeting.
5 seats total with wooden fold out table behind pilot's seat.
Adjustable bench style seat in back seats 3 people.

I've attached performance chart pictures & latest logbook entry from the December annual for your info.

Not IFR certified, but comes with CDI so it can be certified pretty easy.

Airplane is VFR only but can be made IFR certified pretty easily. I have a Bendixking KI-206 CDI VOR/LOC/Glideslope indicator that is in the box in the airplane - there are already two open spaces for instruments and connection for the GPS is accessible.
