Super low time 1975 Cessna 310. Factory new engine #1 to be delivered in December, 2022, and installed early January 2022. Other engine has 713 hrs. Only 2400 TT on the airframe. 

The previous owner had the log books stolen from him in a targeted theft.  He was an A&P thus he had copies of airframe and engine times which were signed off on by an I/A as well as the FAA.  The previous logs for the engine and airframe were started again at 5/8/1990.  This airplane was held at part 135 standard since 1990 and had FAA approval to operate on Part 135.  Since then the airplane has undergone rigorous inspections as well as been kept to high standards.
