6-17-2005, Post Maintenance - Right Wheel Collapsed During TAXI.
Right wing struck ground, multiple broken ribs in right wing, lower bell crank bolt sheared, main landing gear trunnion broken.
NTSB Report states that FAA inspector and Cessna agreed this was a maintenance issue. (See Report in "Documents Tab" in this ad)
Aircraft received ferry permit from Santa Fe NM to Greeley Colorado where it was repaired by Beegles Aircraft Service. (See "Documents Tab" in this ad)
