Detailed Description

This is a professionally flown 414A with Winglets, Dual Strakes, Power Pac Spoilers, Wheel Speed Covers, FIKI, Radar, and King 225 Autopilot. It has a G4 Insight engine monitor. USB C and A outlets in the flight deck and USB A in the Cabin. LED interior and most of the exterior. Nacelle landing lights. Overall a tremendous aircraft that is maintained to the highest standards.

Bendix/King KI55A HSI; Bendix/King Attitude Indicator KI256; Bendix/King Autopilot KFC225; Bendix/King Radar displayed on the Garmin MFD GMX200; Garmin 530W and 430W; Active traffic SkyWatch 497; Garmin GDL69A XM Radio and Weather; Garmin 330ES and 327 Transponders; Radar Altimeter; Shadin Fuel Flow computer and an Insight G4 engine monitor.

Airframe

The Aircraft has always been hangared, even when away from home. Air Impressions and Double M have performed the Annual inspections for over the last 12 years. Dual Strakes, Power Pak Spoliers, and Wheel Speed Covers are added. There is an Aux fuel system which was removed. The removed system will be given to the new owner.

Engines / Mods / Prop

RAM VII engines LH Installed 2017; RH Installed 2020. Both engines were OH by RAM. The Props were Installed New in 2016.

Interior / Exterior

The interior and exterior were redone in 2016. The exterior was ceramic coated in 2022. 8/10 for both. The aircraft is professionally detailed once a month.

Remarks

This is not an owner-operated aircraft.  A dedicated professional pilot has flown and managed the aircraft for the last 12 years. The airplane is regularly flown.
