Engines / Mods / Prop
The aircraft has not flown since the installation of a pair of brand new "rebuilt" NEW R-1830-92 engines completed for this project by Precision Engines.
The current owner developed a build specification for both engines that required new parts (not overhauled.) New Crankshaft, new crankcase's and all new cylinders. The kind of engines that have likely not existed for decades? The engines were supplied by Precision in QEC form with all new accessories, They were shipped to Brazil and installed by a US technical team.
