Great looking paint, very nice clean interior in original but good looking Piper fabric.
Overall White with ribbon graphics is a solid 9.

Approx times: 4700 TTAF. 1200 L/R S/Western Skyways Remans. 200-ish since IRAN bottom and top ends on both engines. Solid ongoing maintenance mostly by one mechanic since 2000. Owner has A&P on staff so lots of little repairs done regularly.
Owner has invested over $20k in fresh annual with everything fixed.
Avionics are Collins Microline, Altimatic IIIB , with electric trim working nicely.

Avionics / Equipment
Altimatic IIIB works well, KCS 55A HSI, Collins Microline (all working and lights good), ADS B out, King KMA24 Audio, Sigtronics Intercom, fast smooth electric trim, all cowl flaps work smoothly, fuel selector smooth and clean.
Well kept, with many log books! Last twenty years have been with the same owner, mechanic and has had regular upkeep and flight. Current owner is selling two Aztecs because they have deposits on two Diamonds.
Paint is a solid 9. Overall white with understated ribbon graphics. Glass, rubber, trim all good to very good. Only prop de-ice.
Engines / Mods / Prop
Turbo, Western Skyways. Logs are complete.
Both engines have had full IRAN tear down and inspect including crankcase inspection, all AD's, overhauled top ends within the last 200 hours.
Props are three bladed, de-iced.
Interior / Exterior
Very clean Piper plastic and fabric. Good to very good condition. You'll like it.

Deparing SAF at 6500' on a 82 degree day, DA of probably 9000+feet, I didn't have time to get the throttles all the way up before it was flying. Runs strong.
Avionics could use upgrades of course but it is flyable and legal with new ADSB. Interior is good looking. Ship has ramp presence; everyone loves it.
