Aircraft was painted and new windows installed all around in 2000 . Leather and cloth interior installed in 2000. Plane has been hangered since purchase in 1995.

WATSON OVERHAUL PHILOSOPHY:
Factory new limits major overhaul (factory new limit part standards are the ONLY standards we follow) of a Lycoming IO-320-C1A engine. Engines include a 2-year/500-hour warranty! Overhauls include powder coating of the intake tubes, valve covers, pushrod tubes, and oil dipstick in any color of your choosing for extreme finish durability and aesthetic appeal! Please note that this overhaul automatically includes a new (not overhauled) OEM camshaft assembly and set of OEM Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) tappets for greater durability and wear resistance. This overhaul will include static balancing of the pistons and connecting rods for smoother engine operation and increased part longevity.
1. Overhaul of crankcase and crankshaft is included automatically and will not be billed additional.
2. New OEM STEEL Cylinders
3. We install new OEM camshaft and tappets.
4. We only run OEM Lycoming piston pins and end caps, not aftermarket pins with aluminum ends that are prone to shedding metal and contaminating the engine.
5. We static balance the rotating mass (connecting rods and pistons) to within one gram of each other in opposing cylinder bays as a minimum standard. This results in smoother engine operation and decreased part fatigue.
