Lycoming IO 360 C2C, 0 time SMOH by Barrett Precision Engines, solid flange Lycoming counter weighted crankshaft, new Millenium Cylinders, 10:1 compression, piston cooling nozzels installed, FM 200 Airflow Performance Fuel injection(servo and flow divider overhauled by Airflow Performance) , overhauled Bendix Magnetos, B and C light weight alternator, B and C 90 degree oil filter adapter and original starter. New B and C light weight 149 tooth starter and new lord mounts P/N J-7401-2, 8 each,(negotiable). Scope of work performed and action taken below.
Work Scope:
IO-360-C2C Experimental Pitts Special
IRAN inspection with crankshaft change to solid flange crank
Has AFP fuel injection - he is sending to them and they will drop ship to us
Spline Driven alternator - already ordered? He will need Vac2-4
Oil Cooler flange cracked, repair or replace
Call Aviat for Lord Mount P/N replace
Preserve for Long Term storage
8/4/2020 - Update connecting rods, camshaft and crankshaft gear red tagged due to excessive corrosion
11/20/20 - Customer approves installation of ct'wts
12/1/20 customer approves new cylinder installation and convert work scope to zero time since major
Action Taken:
IO-360-X, s/N BPE 12482
Engine disassembled, inspected, overhauled and tested.
Installed solid flange, ct'wted crankshaft with counterweights
