    Lycoming HIO-360-F1AD Engine Information

    First run in 1955, the Lycoming O-360 Series is a family of four-cylinder, direct drive, horizontally opposed, air-cooled, piston aircraft engines. Different variants of the O-360 produce between 145 and 225 hp. The Lycoming HIO-360 is a horizontal mounted, fuel injected version for helicopters. The HIO-360-F1AD produces 190 hp at 3050 rpm. The compression ratio is 8.00:1.

    Variant models of the Lycoming HIO-360 Series include the HIO-360-A1A, HIO-360-A1B, HIO-360-B1A, HIO-360-B1B, HIO-360-C1A, HIO-360-C1B, HIO-360-D1A, HIO-360-E1AD, HIO-360-E1BD, HIO-360-F1AD, and HIO-360-G1A.
