1991 R22 Beta, Very Clean, Low Time, Always Hngrd. N4076H only has 1997.6 total hours on the airframe & engine. The helicopter sat in a hangar from year 1996 until year 2016 without being flown. Never owned or operated by a flight school. In June 2016, the previous owner bought this R22, had Sevier County Choppers do the 100hr / Annual, addressing all the open AD's and Life Limited components, and flew less than 85 hours before selling to me. I bought this R22 with 1965 hours total in December 2016 for $69k. Upon the helicopter arriving at my hangar: replaced MR Blade bolts & hardware, Track & Balance, Original Magnetos OH'd. Observed VSI & MP gauges not functioning. Purchased new: MP & VSI gauges, Davtron DIGITAL Chronometer (not Analog), Vertical Card Compass, DUAL USB CHARGING PORT TA102 FAA-TSO. Tested Pitot / Static system. Purchased Easy Wheels. Last Annual completed in July 2017 at 1985 TT. Added an External engine oil filter kit. Purchased Champion spark-plugs&wires, lower-door-hinges&hardware, planning to replace/install next week. In a nutshell, I replaced everything non-functioning, improved other items, flew a total of 32 hours and deciding to sell and make room for a larger helicopter. Available with the helicopter if a buyer wants, Dual-Voltage Spark Plug Cleaner & Tester, spark plug resistance tester, spark plug tray, socket, torque-wrench, pro-gap setter, gap gauge, Emco-Wheaton G180 Fuel Nozzle (all new). Additionally available I'm offering a 90gal Aluminum fuel tank with a transfer pump (120vac). It's a lot of stuff for the mere price of $69,000. And the buyer can fly 200hrs within 2yrs until any major work is due. MR Blades retire Jan 9, 2020 per AD 2014-23-16. OH due at 2200 TT. Thanks for looking.
