Detailed Description

Amateur-built Experimental.  Built at Chesapeake Sport Pilot with A&P assist.  Two place tandem.  Very well designed and popular German Kit.  Low time - less than 200 hrs.  Equipped with virtually every option.  Has not flown in more than five years so it is a "project" aircraft in the sense that the  914UL turbo Rotax engine needs a lot of basic maintenance.  The airframe is in excellent airworthy shape.  Easy  to fly.  Very powerful for a gyro so it climbs like a rocket.  In more than 50 years of flying, this is the most fun I've ever had as a pilot.  includes a Lynx audio panel / intercom with two helmets and headsets.
