Detailed Description

Own a piece of history and a real warbird.  This airplane was built one month BEFORE the attack on Pearl Harbor, November 1941.  She will turn 85 this year and needs to be finished, all the major work has been done.  This is the oldest known Serial Number of this O-58 series aircraft.

Fuselage covered and painted, engine overhauled (2024), new propeller from the OEM (2025), wings just recovered (2025), carb overhauled, magnetos overhauled (2024), wing struts primed, no electrical in this airplane, no ADSB required.

Need to finish the engine covers, final assembly and final paint.  A&P owned but I need the room for other projects and this one needs to be in a museum.  Or answering questions at your airport.  After service in World War II, she was sold by the Reconstruction Finance Corporation.
