Detailed Description

This is 1 of 25 equal ownership shares in the Alman Flying Club, a member-owned Bonanza club that has flown out of Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport (KTMB) in Miami, FL continuously since 1945. The club flies two Bonanzas with nearly identical, modern panels.

N567EB, 1979 A36 Bonanza: 14,049.3 total airframe hours. Continental IO-550 installed factory new in April 2022, currently 1,866.6 hours since new (TBO 1,900) - approaching TBO, but fully covered by the club's dedicated engine reserve fund, so no surprise cost to members. Useful load approximately 1,400.8 lb, 74 gal fuel capacity. New interior, paint, and windows in 2018; new carpet July 2026. Most recent annual July 2026.

N484D, 1992 F33 Bonanza: 7,299.4 total airframe hours. Continental IO-520 and new Hartzell prop installed factory new in May 2025 - a genuinely fresh powerplant with only 369.4 hours since new (TBO 1,900). Useful load approximately 1,108.28 lb, 74 gal fuel capacity. New paint, windows, and reupholstered front seats in 2021; new carpet June 2026. Most recent annual June 2026.

Both aircraft were freshly upgraded with Garmin GTN 750Xi units in mid-2026, and both carry dual Garmin G5 electronic flight instruments and Garmin GFC 500 autopilots, plus ADS-B In/Out and WAAS-capable navigation. The nearly identical panels shorten the learning curve when transitioning between the two (club checkout requires 15 hours in type before solo in each aircraft). Both aircraft carry current U.S. Customs stickers, and the club allows members to fly to the Caribbean.

Alman is a 25-member equal-ownership corporation with genuinely disciplined operations: oil changes every 50 hours without exception, squawks addressed immediately, regular American Bonanza Society (ABS) maintenance clinics, and full financial transparency to every member. Four club-affiliated CFIs are available for instruction. Scheduling runs through Schedule Master.

This club has been genuinely special to my family - the kind of operation where I felt completely comfortable flying my own two kids cross-country. I'm selling only because a second child and an hour-long drive to the airport have made it hard to give the club the time it deserves. This is purely a logistics decision, not a reflection of any issue with the club or aircraft.

Asking $30,000 for the share. Monthly dues are normally $300, currently $385 while the club finishes paying down financing on a recent avionics upgrade (temporary). Hourly rate is $120/hour, dry, same for both aircraft.

Buyer requirements: minimum 150 hours total pilot time, valid U.S. Private/Commercial/ATP certificate, club check ride required, and must meet all FAA and club insurance requirements. New members subject to club approval.

Airframe

This listing is for 1 of 25 equal membership shares in the Alman Flying Club, a member-owned corporation operating continuously since 1945 out of Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport (KTMB), Miami, FL. The share gives access to TWO Bonanzas, not one: N484D, this 1992 F33 (7,299.4 TTAF), and N567EB, a 1979 A36 (14,049.3 TTAF). Both are hangared, flown regularly, and maintained to a high standard, with oil changes every 50 hours and squawks addressed immediately rather than left open. Full maintenance history is documented back to the mid-2000s for both aircraft and available to serious buyers. See Remarks for full club, pricing, and second-aircraft details.

Engines / Mods / Prop

N484D (1992 F33 Bonanza): Continental IO-520, factory new/zero-time engine installed May 2025, currently only 369.4 hours since new (TBO 1,900) - a genuinely fresh powerplant. New Hartzell propeller (replacing the original McCauley) installed at the same time, SN QG2683B. For full transparency: this aircraft had a nose gear collapse in February 2025; it was fully repaired and returned to service two months later with this new zero-time engine and prop, and has flown reliably since.

N567EB (1979 A36 Bonanza, second aircraft included with this club share): Continental IO-550, factory new/zero-time engine installed April 2022, currently 1,866.6 hours since new (TBO 1,900) - approaching TBO. This is fully covered: club dues fund a dedicated per-aircraft engine reserve, and N567EB's reserve is funded ahead of need, so the upcoming overhaul will not mean a surprise assessment or out-of-pocket cost for members.

Both aircraft attend regular American Bonanza Society (ABS) maintenance clinics, and monthly engineering reports are distributed to all club members documenting hours flown and maintenance performed on each airplane.

Interior / Exterior

N484D (1992 F33 Bonanza): New paint and reupholstered front seats (2021), new windows (2021), new carpet (June 2026). Clean, well-kept cabin.

N567EB (1979 A36 Bonanza, second aircraft included with this club share): New paint, windows, and full interior (2018), new carpet (July 2026).

Both aircraft are hangared at KTMB and kept in genuinely good cosmetic condition as part of the club's overall maintenance discipline - this isn't a club that lets appearance slide between annuals.

Remarks

IMPORTANT: This is a club share, not a whole-aircraft sale. You are buying 1 of 25 equal ownership shares in Alman, Inc., a member-owned corporation that has flown Bonanzas out of Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport (KTMB), Miami, FL continuously since 1945. Your share gives you access to BOTH club aircraft - N484D (this listing) and N567EB, a 1979 A36 - not just the one this ad is filed under. See the Airframe/Engines/Avionics/Interior sections above for full details on both airplanes.

THE CLUB: Alman is a 25-member equal-ownership corporation with genuinely disciplined operations. Both aircraft get oil changes every 50 hours without exception, squawks are addressed immediately rather than left open, and the club regularly attends American Bonanza Society (ABS) maintenance clinics. Members receive detailed monthly engineering reports and full financial transparency (budget vs. actual, cash position, engine reserve balances). A dedicated engine overhaul/maintenance reserve fund is built into dues, so major maintenance doesn't trigger surprise cash calls - this specifically covers N567EB's engine as it approaches TBO, so buyers won't face a surprise cost there. Four club-affiliated CFIs, all current or former members with deep Bonanza-specific experience, are available for instruction and flight reviews. Scheduling is handled through Schedule Master, an easy-to-use online booking system. Both aircraft carry current U.S. Customs stickers, and the club allows members to fly to the Caribbean.

WHY I'M SELLING: This club has been genuinely special to my family - the kind of operation where I felt completely comfortable flying my own two kids cross-country. The maintenance discipline, transparency, and caliber of fellow members made it an easy yes every time. I'm selling only because a second child and an hour-long drive to the airport have made it hard to give the club the time it deserves. This is purely a logistics decision, not a reflection of any issue with the club or either aircraft.

COSTS: Asking $30,000 for the share. Monthly dues are normally $300, currently $385 while the club finishes paying down financing on a recent avionics upgrade across both aircraft (a temporary, defined-term increase - not a permanent dues hike). Hourly rate is $120/hour, dry, same for both aircraft.

BUYER REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 150 hours total pilot time, valid U.S. Private/Commercial/ATP certificate, must complete a club check ride before solo in each aircraft (and annually thereafter), and must meet all FAA and club insurance requirements. The club also requires a minimum of 15 hours of in-type time on each specific aircraft before you're checked out to solo it - so time built on the A36 qualifies you on the A36, but you'd separately need 15 hours (with an instructor or safety pilot as required) before soloing the F33, and vice versa. New members are subject to club approval per the corporation's bylaws (right of first refusal applies).
