Detailed Description

An exceptionally rare factory-turbocharged V35 Bonanza-one of roughly 80 produced by Beechcraft across a two-year production run. Factory turbocharging yields a 29,500-foot ceiling, 200-knot top cruise, and 176-knot normal cruise, backed by built-in oxygenl. Whether navigating West Texas heat in July, crossing the Rockies in winter, or managing a 12,000-foot MEA with forecasted icing, 285 turbocharged horsepower converts go/no-go decisions into straightforward route planning.

Avionics feature a Garmin GNS 530W WAAS navigator, GTX 345 dual-link ADS-B In/Out transponder, GMA 340 audio panel, secondary comm, autopilot with altitude hold, JPI engine monitor with fuel flow, and Insight Strikefinder. Includes a three-blade Hartzell prop, current annual (April 2026-April 2027), 9/10 paint/interior, one-piece windshield, and long-chord stabilators.

The Western Skyways Gold Seal overhauled engine shows 1,286 TSO. ECi cylinders installed in 2014 (~413 hours) with compression readings of 76, 76, 78, 78, 76, and 76, all showing clean on the borescope during the April annual. Additional engine maintenance includes magnetos 500-hour serviced in 2021, an overhaul of the fuel pump in 2019, and a thirty-year history of clean oil filter inspections without a single metal trace logged.

In May 2005, the aircraft had a nose-gear failure. Beegles Aircraft Service in Greeley completed lower forward fuselage repairs. The engine was removed and sent to Western Skyways for a prop strike inspection; the case was found serviceable, and the crankshaft successfully passed magnetic particle, dimensional, and ultrasonic tests. It was reassembled with new bearings, bolts, and counterweight hardware, followed by a test-cell run. The wings were removed and reinstalled using all-new hardware, which was re-torqued in 2008 and 2023. The three-blade propeller was installed during this same service visit. Complete work orders and FAA Form 337s are included with the aircraft.

Incomplete logbooks: Logs run from 1992. The earlier books burned in a fire; however, every AD has been confirmed complied with since. Seventeen consecutive annuals from one Colorado shop, 2001 to 2019, itemized to the o-ring part numbers. AD 95-04-03 spar web next due tach 5,535.54, about 460 hours out.

This is a beautiful aircraft inside and out, and it's FAST!
