1965 Cessna 172F Skyhawk with approximately 12,861 hours TTAF and only approximately 134 hours SMOH on a Continental O-300-D major overhaul completed by Triad Aviation in February 2025. Aircraft exterior refinished April 2026. Garmin 400W WAAS GPS, GMA 340 audio panel, KX155 and KX170B Nav/Comms, Stratus ESG/2i ADS-B and JPI EDM-700 engine monitor. Approximately 870 lb useful load.
N8596U is currently undergoing its annual inspection and will be sold with the annual completed. Updated times, compression readings and annual documentation will be available when the inspection is complete.
