This is a clean aircraft that has been used in flight training. No damage history, approx. 10,500 hrs on the airframe with 1800 TSOH on the engine. Full IFR, currently flying so the times will change slightly. Paint is decent, Airtex interior is in good shape. This is a great 172 that is ready for many more hours.
