Interior / Exterior

Exterior Condition: The aircraft was repainted in 1993. The paint is in fair to good condition with normal wear. There is minor chipping and a few defects. There is a lot of shine left in the paint!

Interior Condition: The interior is original and in fair condition. There are no rips or tears in the seats. The side panels are showing a lot of wear along with the carpet. The headliner is in good condition.

Ownership History: We purchased this aircraft from Southern Illinois University. It has been Part 141 Maintained since it was new in 1981. They were upgrading their fleet of complex aircraft and we were able to purchase this exceptionally maintained Cutlass.

Damage History: 
In 1988 the nose gear collapsed on the takeoff roll
In 1994 the aircraft had a gear up landing 
In 2008 the aircraft had the left landing fail to come down which resulted in a prop strike. Prop was overhauled. Engine has had an overhaul since the incident.
All repairs documented in the log books.
In Flight Report: This aircraft flew incredibly well on the way home! The new engine produced a ton of power! The engine ran smooth the whole time. The flight controls were rigged tight and it flew very straight! All of the equipment was functioning as it should.
