Detailed Description

Only 35 hours on a Triad Aviation (NC) Overhauled O-360-A1F6 engine, new McCauley prop and a November 2020 Annual; 13,300 total time on the airframe; single owner since 1995; 15 miles to the gallon, 10 gallons an hour at 150 mph with 66 gallon long range tanks. Ready to go on day one. Avionics? Aside from the VOR's and ILS capabilities, this plane has never had a problem finding 125 airports in the Caribbean with a Stratus receiver, Foreflight on a mini-ipad, a Garmin 396 and of course a uAvionix Tail Beacon ADS-B Out. No problem with arrivals into Chicago O'Hare, Atlanta Hartsfield, Boston Logan, Miami International, Houston Hobby, Nashville, St Louis, and tons more in all kinds of weather. The Garmin 396 stays with the plane. If you don't want to spend thousands on avionics upgrades, this is your plane.

Remarks

I have 5,300 hours in this great airplane; 15 miles to the gallon; 10 gallons an hour at 150 mph; long range 66 gallon tanks; carries a ton of stuff; the Navomatic auto pilot keeps the wings level in IMC. A joy to fly and economical to operate. With a 35 hour SMOH engine, new prop and November 2020 annual, it is good to go from day one for another 2,000 hours and beyond.
