Like nothing else out there! Never a trainer! Recent Western Skyways overhaul FWF on the original engine (that went to 2500 hrs) to New Engine Limits. This No Damage 172RG has a one-family, two-pilot ownership history! Sold new to the owner's father, it was then passed down to the son and looks like it was sealed in a time capsule. No damage, no hail with original paint, interior, glass and avionics, stored in the same hangar in Oregon since new until coming to Texas. Everything works, including the 300A autopilot. Western Skyways overhaul (w/ new cylinders) installation along with: an overhauled prop, new prop governor, new Lord (engine vibration mounts), new fluid-carrying hoses, and much more. January, 2026 annual signoff, April IFR Certification with new Encoding Altimeter and uAvionix ADS-B Out installation. Logs since new, no damage.
