The airplane is a week old and has 20 hours time flying it from Wichita to NC.
Took almost a year for delivery since the airplane was ordered, then a delay from the 1st quarter of 2023 to the 2nd quarter.
From the time of the order of the aircraft till now some other large purchases are being considered more seriously and so if I can sell this aircraft with as little as 7% profit for my trouble and expense, I am willing to do so. The price is not negotiable and the price will be going up in small increments as my expenses to fly and hanger the aircraft continue so I can continue the 7% profit as a fair price for immediate delivery. Till then I plan to fly and enjoy it. The summer is here and there will be some great scenic flying in North Carolina's outer banks.

I don't want a lot for my trouble, just 7% seems good.
