Narco Mark 12D. Narco Transponder. Has an AirGizmo dock for a Garmin 196, The batteries leaked on the GPS and is not included. I have a Garmin 796 and may consider with sale.
I have an additional Narco Mark 12D not installed and will include. We were having issues with the audio panel and removed the panel and the second radio. At the same time we removed a lot of old wires left by previous avionics shops and cleaned up the wiring.
New engine mounts. Rebuilt magnetos. Bearings and bushing replaced on stabilator. Door hinges rebuilt and doors are tight. New tires. 406 MHz ELT/GPS. Monarch Fuel Caps. Whelen wingtip strobe lights and power supply. Whelen anti-collision strobe light.
Complete log books. Recent AD review and listing.

Sky-tec lightweight starter. Maple Leaf exhaust fairing and stabilator tips. New ignition switch to eliminate reoccurring inspection AD 93-05-06. TCP Composite spinner. Bracket Air filter. JPI 700 Engine Data Management Instrument.

Paint and interior is a subjective thing. I would suggest to look at the pictures. Last painted in 1993.
This aircraft has been in my family since 1991. I have spared no expense at annuals. I have the invoices to prove it.
