FAA/NTSB Reports - No Major Damage Reports Found in NTSB or FAA Records.
Recent hangar rash on the right wing tip fairing and position light were repaired at the 2020 Annual.
Old small dent in the leading edge of the left wing has been present for over 12 years. Cause unknown - suspect small bird strike.
The aircraft has extremely light hail on wings and tail. It is almost undetectable and visibility depends on the lighting. I have posted pictures with my finger pointing to the small dimples. Most people would not notice this but we have priced the aircraft accordingly. The current owner purchased the plane in this condition without concern.
Any pre-purchase inspection must occur locally at KSFQ or KPVG airports. Bring your own mechanic or we can provide a list of local ones.
We will not move the aircraft for inspection other than these two airports. We use a professional escrow service to hold buyer funds and seller Bill of Sale. All buyer will be entitled to a mechanical inspection, review of logbooks and an acceptance test flight prior to closing.
This plane has been owned by one of our best customers for over 12 years. It has had excellent maintenance and actively flew over 100 hours last year. The owner is moving on to something else and knows that it's not good for planes to sit un-flown. He's selling this as a turn-key needs nothing mechanical kind of plane.
Cosmetically it can be flown as-is or can be upgraded over time. Two sheepskin covers over the front seats will eliminate the two different color schemes of the cabin or we can recommend a good person to re-do the back seat and other interior parts if you wish.
It's getting hard to find a 180 Horsepower aircraft with a 927lb useful load for under 100K. This is a great opportunity !
A Sampling of logbooks will be at http://www.trade-a-plane.com "DOCUMENTS TAB" (above the pictures) - If not working try a different browser. Complete logs will be provided to buyer or his mechanic for the pre-purchase inspection.
