Avionics / Equipment
All radios, VOR indicators, auto pilot, and ADF work properly.
The aircraft has new carpet, new interior plastic, new door handles, recovered door panels, 4 place intercom, new tires and brake linings, brown leather seats (headrests are included but not in pictures), landing gear serviced , gear uplocks overhauled, wingtip strobes, beacon LED, dual KX-155 radios with glide slope, 3 axis autopilot, KT- 76A transponder. Pitot static current. Great interior, exterior paint fair. Annual good through June 2019. Can negotiate a current annual inspection.
All airframe and engine logs prior to 2001 were either lost or destroyed and were reconstructed by mechanic. (See page 1 entry of aircraft log book)
Since 2001, there has been one known incident of damage history consisting of the nose gear collapsing approximately February 2010. Triad Aviation, FAA Repair station number PP4R448M of Burlington, North Carolina installed a factory overhauled engine with a brand new McCauley prop in April 2010.
The aircraft is corrosion free except for two small areas are approximately the size of a penny on the upper left wing surface that will be treated during the 2019 annual inspection.
