Aircraft stripped and painted in 1983 with Imron.  Paint is a 7/8. Plane has always been in a hangar since purchase in 1983.  

Complete interior upgrade by Oregon Aero in September 2013. Included complete strip and paint of metal parts, New Headliner, Carpet,  Rosen Sun Visors, Door Stewards, BAS Shoulder Harness and Seat Belts.
New door and window seals and sound proofing (see Logs). Overhaul of yokes and shafts.

Annual completed 08/11/2022.  IFR Certification completed 08/24/2022.

This aircraft was purchased in September of 1982 for my wife to learn to fly.  It is very special to her and she has spared no expense in keeping it maintained in mint condition. 

It is her desire to see it sold to someone who will carry on her tradition and respect and upkeep for this unique aircraft.

When it comes time for engine replacement STC  paper work for the O470 R upgrade is included in the purchase price.
