Low time Airframe with history in dry climate, always hangared, mid time engine that was factory overhauled by Continental, flown at least 100 hrs a year. Replaced lifters approx 150 hrs ago during a cylinder replacement and should provide many years and hrs to this engine. Engine leaks... none, uses a qt about every 10 hrs oil, better than average, Have latest Oil analysis showing normal wear. Have Borescope of last annual. Last annual April 2026, flown regular.
Airplane shows well because it's been maintained well. Interior is cloth and has held up extremely well. Please understand that this is not a new airplane and has some wear but most people Ive asked wouldn't change it. Of course if purchased you can upgrade away
Selling aircraft to move into next phase as I am building a Vans aircraft otherwise I would keep this gem. The opertunity here is to own a classic and improve as you wish with Avionics , Interior or paint but you can fly it today VFR or limited IFR. Ive been flying all around the country using an IPAD.
The key item here is the low airframe, no known damage, no corrosion , above average airframe that stayed in a dry climate for years and has been hangared all of its life. An airframe that will be around for many more decades.

All log books, hangared, half life in dry climate, no damage history. Interior 9. Paint and exterior 9.STC Peterson MOGAS. Overhaul of Carburetor Heater box and pluminum.. Remote Oil filter. Monark Umbrella Fuel Caps' 84 Gal Long Range Fuel Tanks.
Interior / Exterior
Cloth Interior 1989, which has held up well. Articulating adjustments front seats. Recline and lay forward back seats. Most interior plastics have been replaced. Carpet is worn and needed replacement.
