Engines / Mods / Prop

2143.0 hrs since factory new.  This engine has ben expertly maintained for years by a world class repair station. It has received on time regular service and maintenance with a clean oil sample with records. This engine has the potential to continue to operate for many hours to come. Compressions from the last annual, April 2023 were as follows. 1) 79/80 #2 78/80 #3 74/80 #5 72/80 #6 75/80. The oil filter was also clean with no metal or contaminants. The Magnetos RH Magneto is due for its 500hr inspection at 2477.7 and the LH is due at 26430.4.

Interior / Exterior

Great shape. No leather and the original rubber floor mats. Comes with foil window inserts. The front windshield is only a few years old.

Remarks

This aircraft is a geat aircraft. Perfect for the family, time builder or someone whom is looking for a little ore elbow room. This is the last year of the Two blade prop, non leather seats and rubber floor mats so it is much lighter then later model 182's. 
This aircraft is also the perfect plat form if you wanted to build a custom panel with the latest technology available. Unike the later G1000 models the upgrades are virtually endless on this aircraft.
