    Very long term previous owner who was meticulous about maintenance and upgrades.  Current owner has only owned it a short time and has moved up to a twin after spending a lot on Avionics.  Very comprehensive and complete logs. Hard landing in 1999. Prop strick 102 Hours ago.  No hail.  A Nice clean older 210.  A economical way to go fast.
