Remarks
No corrosion, clean "buy and fly" Cessna with good paint and interior, low engine and prop times and updated avionics. In 2017 100 hours after overhaul engine was dissembled inspected and put together with new seal kit due to owner allowed one blade to contact soft dirt while exiting the runway. Prop overhauled out of precaution and insurance paid the bill for the inspection. No findings all documented by FAA certified repair station.
