This Cessna T-206H was owned by a Very Qualified & Experienced T206H Pilot/Owner.  This C-T206H Aircraft is in VERY Close to NEW Condition. N444VX Turbo Stationair H model has been upgraded to HD model By Cessna in 2016... meaning the  Heavy Duty  Gross Weight Increase is Now 3,789 IBS. Max T.O. Weight Max Ramp Weight 3806.
I delivered this Aircraft (in 9/2016) from the Cessna MFG Facility to the ONE Current OWNER Based in PA in (9/16.)  NO Damage History. No Hanger Rash, No Tug related Dents.  Always stored in  Enclosed Hanger. I have been involved With this Aircraft since the current owner Purchased this C-T206H. There are many Useful/Positive additions to the Cessna T206H. The TKS system install is one of the Many Great additions...(Current Cost to Add the TKS ICE protection System--$82,500.) As well as the Reiff--Turbo Engine Heater is Installed.  Owner paid for a Complete  Top Overhaul Recently at approx. 796 Hrs. The Engine is operating flawlessly with no issues.  The Top overhaul was ordered by owner because engine had a cylinder that was losing compression gradually. Oil Analysis also positive. The MX Logs Represent an Aircraft that has been WELL cared for.  The Current owner spared NO $$ when it came to any maintenance tasks that were suggested to be accomplished.  The Paint and Interior are Both a (9) or better. Complete Top Overhaul at 796 Hrs. since new. Compressions Strong as Ever.  Columbia Air Service in Mid State PA performed the Top Overhaul at their Engine Shop. So Time on Engine since Complete Top Overhaul... 180 hrs. New Concorde (Ship) Battery replaced 3/ 2026. Fuel Pump Replaced 8/25. Turbo Charger was replaced with New... 12/25. MX Logs available on REQUEST.  Oil Changed average 30 to 35 hrs. or sooner intervals. A Quick Change Oil Drain Valve is installed.
Oil Analysis Reports Available. Reiff Turbo Engine Heater installed on This Engine...with a quick Electric Plug in Port. connector.   SO Useful for Winter Dispatch!!
TKS Installed (2016) under STC by Cav Ice Systems Inc.
HOT Prop (Electric)... 3 Blade McCauley Black Mac. The Lycoming TIO-540-AJIA 310 HP has a recommended TBO of 2,000 Hrs.
 Recent Oil Change accomplished 5/26.  3.5 Hrs. on Engine since Oil Transfusion.

Interior / Exterior

Luxor II Leather Seats all 6 Positions...Nice Condition.  All Panels Clean...NO  Embedded Smudge Markings.  Articulating Seats all Functional. Door Panels Clean and Sharp Looking. Baggage--CARGO Hold Very Clean! (9.7 out of 10)
Exterior Paint...Amazon Blue / Carter Gold / Dark Red-- STRIKING and In  Nice Condition.( 8.9 Out of 10) No hail has touched this Nice T-206H.
All static Wicks in Nice Condition. All entry steps in Great Condition. Third  Pax Bench  Seat was NEVER used...as it was Removed  by Owner After purchase was  completed (9/16) from Cessna to provide additional Cargo Space... Baggage and Golf Clubs, Trunks Etc. Nice Rosen Sun Visors installed.    Both Front Windows open for Great Air FLOW as Required.  Nice Reclining  Seats All Positions... PAX comfort on Longer Flights.
