    Detailed Description

    Avionics / Equipment

Garmin 430 WAAS slaved to Stec 65 autopilot. Will fly GPS approaches to the end of the runway. Garmin ATIS B receiver for tablet or able to plug into new Garmin Transponder. Jpi engine monitor. Intercom with input for listening to music through headset. Ram Air Turbine auxiliary power for radios and nav if Main power failure. Updated fuel level sensors to let you know when the tanks get to 7 gallons. (Important because Cessna's inductive gauges are junk) Solid reliable IFR platform.

4480.3 TTAF No corrosion. original California plane.

    Engines / Mods / Prop

285 hp Continental Took apart to top a couple of hundred hours ago and it had pitting on the lifter faces. Since the motor had to be removed for the cam replacement I shipped all of the components to Oklahoma for inspection. Checked case and crank were ok. Reconditioned the rods. Installed NEW cylinder assemblies, Kinsley exhaust, turbo and wastegate, and alternator. I had the prop checked balanced and resealed less than 100 hours ago. Replaced all the Braided hoses with new when engine out. Didn't skimp on anything. 33k in parts and machine work at wholesale.

    Interior / Exterior

Repaint and Interior with new tinted glass in 2014, approx, will check my logs and update. New Fiberglass elevator and rudder tips before paint. Replaced elevator skin Left for early corrosion from foam fill from factory. Other elevator skin replaced before 2007.

I love my bird but unfortunately I have kids starting college. Wish I could keep her but that's the world i guess. I'm a Master Mechanic and one of my best friends ran the Cessna Service center here in Memphis and we are the ones who have done ALL the work since I got it in 2007. She's a great bird and It's tough to let her go.
