Detailed Description

Note: I have already placed the 60% deposit for the CAPS repack and scheduled it, which would keep the plane airworthy and with limited to no downtime.

Note 2: This generation of Cirrus only has Hobbs times, not Tach time, which usually is 20% less. All oil reports have come back fantastic. Most recent one is in the photos. 

For sale is my meticulously maintained 2002 Cirrus SR22 G1, an exceptional aircraft that has undergone impressive avionics and autopilot upgrades that make it a joy to fly. All maintenance has been done by Chuck's in Austin, a certified Cirrus Partner. The plane is available starting July 30 as I am currently on a trip with it to New England and Canada. 

This aircraft is in excellent condition with a fresh annual inspection completed, and it has always been hangared and protected. The avionics upgrades include the Avidyne DFC90 Digital Autopilot, Aspen Evolution EFD100 PFD, Avidyne Entegra EX5000 MFD, Dual Garmin GTN650 Touch Screens, and a Garmin GTX345 ADSB Transponder In/Out for enhanced safety and convenience. We also added a PMA450B audio panel with dual-mode bluetooth, so passengers and pilot can listen to simultaneous music or tv shows for long XC flights.

This Cirrus SR22 G1 has no known damage history and has complied with all airworthiness directives (ADs). Recent maintenance has been carried out with no expenses spared, including a new battery, oil filter, ignition, nav light, alternator, and more, all completed during the last annual inspection.

I love this plane and it has treated me very well over the years, however, my mission has changed with new additions to my family and more experience under my belt with a high-performance airplane. I've taken this plane around the country and over multiple-hour hauls over water with my wife and we both trust the build, maintenance, and performance completely.

Airframe

Airframe is in great condition with protective tape protecting the leading edges of most surfaces (similar to protective car tape on hoods).

Note: the front wheel faring was knocked off by the previous owner, which I did not replace. I have the wheel faring and will include it for the next owner to decide if they would like to reattach it.
