Detailed Description

LOW-TIME / LUXURY WIDE CABIN / GARMIN - ASPEN

ALWAYS HANGARED / exceptional condition with near-flawless paint, a beautifully appointed Porsche-inspired interior AND a modern, professionally designed IFR panel. Autopilot control switches are integrated into the yoke for added safety and convenience. Ergonomic considerations are evident throughout the panel providing increased situational awareness and easy access to all avionics / control functions.

Co-pilot instruments include independent Sandia Aerospace MFD with attitude indicator / airspeed / altitude / slip indicator with standby internal battery AND a King HSI coupled to #2 NAV radio...complete redundancy for confident IFR FLYING.

The spacious two-door cabin, legendary trailing-link landing gear, and outstanding flight characteristics make this aircraft a true pleasure to fly. For pilots who refuse to compromise on comfort, stability, and handling, the Commander 112TC stands in a class of its own.

The turbocharged Commander 112TC is arguably one of the most desirable models in the Commander lineup. The Lycoming TO-360 engine and the larger wing enables a service ceiling of 20,000 feet while delivering impressive fuel efficiency. This aircraft offers exceptional cross-country options and superb abilities operating from high elevation airports.

The 112TC's wingspan is nearly three feet longer than the standard 112, increasing the MTOW to 2850 lbs and improving high altitude performance. This aircraft advances the design even more with the addition of VG's - lowering stall speed, improving control, and upgrading performance. The 112"TC" wing has a significantly increased certified wing life limit set at 10,908 hours compared to 6,945 hours for the standard 112. The Rockwell Commander 112TC has the ideal combination of wing and engine.

All logbooks since new, first entry is the Post Production Test Flight. Every logbook page available to send electronically. All maintenance records such as 8130, STC, 337's, receipts, reports, or any other documents are well organized and easily presented for examination.

On May 6, 2011, previous owner's CFI was repositioning the aircraft solo and simply forgot to lower the gear. The CFI stated the gear warning bell sounded, however he just failed to respond properly. He further stated "it was a very smooth landing with soft touchdown". Professionally repaired with complete logbook documentation including engine IRAN by Eagle Engines. After 15 years since the repair, and having zero reoccurring issues, the aircraft remains in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. All details are well documented within the Engine and Airframe Logbooks.
