Detailed Description

1050 Total Time Since New. 500 SOH/Prop.  NDH, all logs, regular maintenance and flying regularly.  Coupled 430, King, Stec 55, Stormscope, Great AC!  June Annual. 8/8 in/out. Turbo makes life good.

Avionics / Equipment

Garmin 430, STec 55 couples and flies beautifully.  King HSI, Dual GS, Dual Vacuum Pumps, Dual Alternators, Stormscope, Alt Pre-select (needs know fixed), TCAS working condition, Yoke mounted Auto-Pilot disconnect, PTT, Digital Recording intercom.
Kind ADF, new ADS-B out, 
July 2020 Pitot Static check.

Airframe

Clean, no damage, all logs. Sold new to Germany, re-imported by Commander in 2000 with AC installed and upgrade to that year specs. Paint is clean, recent full touch-up and corrosion proofing. 
No hail.  Good rubber, gorgeous glass. Times are approximate as we are flying regularly. The AC is awesome! Factory O2. 
A 'real' annual completed in June with clean results on all AD's etc. Replaced scat tubing for appearance sake and cleaned up engine bay nicely.

Engines / Mods / Prop

Original 2000 tbo 270 hp engine.  Engine had full basic overhaul in 2013 including bottom end, prop, crank, new cylinders and all top end. Signed off as "SOH" and "zero Since New". 
Makes full 39.5" on takeoff.  Prop in excellent condition with approx 500 hours. 
Recent 500 hour inspection on Mags, one vacuum pump is new. 
All AD's completed.

Interior / Exterior

Excellent gray leather. Carpet is clean and nice. 
Some slight wear spots here and there but overall a good 9. 
Plastic is good, windows clear and clean.

Remarks

Super reliable aircraft for us.  We've flown it over 350 hours with near perfect results.  
157 kts on 15.5. gph at 10,000'.  
I'm an ATP and have flown my family all over the US in it with wonderful reliable results. Airplane people are often pound wise and Penney foolish.  They focus on a half gallon per hour or five knots. Look up the Aviation Consumer Report on the 114TC.  It is equivalent to ALL other planes in it's class but has two seats and looks phenomenal. Ferrari or Lambo?  Which one do you like the looks of and which one will NOT be a pain to own. The The 114TC Commander is the Ferrari equivalent; reliable, gorgeous and plenty powerful.  
Reality is, this is a great plane: It's a great looking plane and it's had three years of good annuals costing around $3000 by reputable shops, not Florida 'sign and fly' log entries. We are looking for a good Seneca III would trade for light twin, Baron, Seneca.
