Agricultural Focke Wulf FW P-149D

Built under license by Focke Wulf, the Piaggio P.149 was an Italian utility or liaison aircraft. The aircraft is powered by a 190 hp Lycoming O-435 engine. The P.149 has the capacity for one crew member and three or four passengers. The empty weight is 2,557 lbs and the gross weight is 3,704 lbs. The maximum speed is 145 mph. Developed as a four seat touring variant of the P.148, the P.149 is an all metal, low wing, cantilever monoplane with a retractable tricycle landing gear. The aircraft was built in the 1950s in West Germany.
